I am so happy to have found this video here. I had the pleasure of being a Dreyer's employee from 1993-96 and got to participate in the Mother Of All Parties (what we affectionately referred to as MOAP). That day remains the most memorable day of my 30-year career. I still talk about it 20 years later. I submit that it might just be the best $1 million that any company has ever spent.

Phil De Forge SWOC Southwest Operations Center - Commerce - Ice Cream Maker - Haz-Mat Team Leader - Hall of Frame Winner. 1982 to 2006. M.O.P. was just the best experience any company could give an employee to thank them for a thank you of hard work and sacrifice. We were fortunate to have leader that had "The Grooves" to guide us, teach us and organize us to let us run with ideas, feelings and gave us inspiration to let us grow the company and each other. You would be hard pressed to find leaders that do it now the way they did. I deeply miss my Dreyer's family, but will always miss them.
