Glad to see airlines have figured out routing. When I flew to Florida for my grandfather's funeral, I had to fly from Hawaii where I was stationed up to Chicago and then down to Tampa.

That’s a crazy amount for a flight. Me and my gf flew from LAX to Orlando and it was 480 round trip on United for both of us.

That is a beautiful looking hotel. Frankly, I'm more impressed by it than Disney's Contemporary Resort. The only advantage to the latter is the monorail.

Sofia is so talkative and engaged, now.....wonderful.....great time for you guys!

I like Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport...it's so much easier than LAX! And it's like you stepped back in time to the romantic, glorious early years of public flight...with the art deco styling of the buildings and music from the 1930s and '40s playing around the terminal.....it makes it so much more pleasant!

I LOVE get away today. Last year I planned a surprise Disneyland trip for my son for his first trip to Disneyland. Get away today made planning the trip so easy and smooth. Honestly can’t wait to plan our next Disney trip with them again!

I’m confused when you said that you’ve never done this before the Orlando airport getting on the monorail to get to baggage claim is not what you guys did when you left Santa Ana airport?

You know I understand that’s in an airport is like 1 million times better than LAX but if you leave out of LAX you get a nonstop flight to Florida most of the time unless of course you don’t want a nonstop flight but me personally I just want to get on and get off as soon as possible and I’m leaving to Sacramento and unfortunately they never have nonstop flights from Sacramento to Orlando unless I leave out of San Francisco which is two hours from me so I can’t do that but you guys are lucky down there in Southern California that you have that option

David, please consider thinking about his. As season 3 approaches for the Mandalorian the whole canon vs park sanity vs in FL Starcruiser debate will be gin a new. I propose a simple solution. The date in Batu is flexible. So on the days the GS guests need it to be it is. On other days the date could correspond to other parts of the story. When you arrive at the entrances of the land there is an extensive sign to tell you what day it is, which characters you might see and any other special entertainment, event or food. This gets posted to the park calendar like everything else. Want to go on a day Luke & DV are going to go at it. March 1th, March 19, March 23. Want to meet mando and the kid? March 14, March 20, March 30. the possibility for selling stuff is endless.

I'm going to WDW for the very first time, solo trip for the first time, flying for the first time to do the springtime surprise 10k for the first time and do 4 days 1 at each park, I paid extra for non stop flight ✈️ just because I've never flown, I arrive at 5pm 🤞, gonna zip to espn center get bib and stuff then movie resort hotel, then animal kingdom Friday, race is sat , I love love love guardians ride but don't like heights and have ear problems alot so will be interesting 😀 excited

Going to FL is faster than returning. Jet stream flows east and all. Kinda weird.

TSA at John Wayne is always so easy! They like to nit pick though. Inspect my bag pretty much every time.

Loving the look and feel of Cabana Bay. I also love retro! I didn't have the best time at Universal parks last year. Motion sims are tough for me and there are a lot. Looking forward to your impressions though -- and hoping you were able to do Hogwarts Express!

My first flight from SLC to Orlando with a child was a dream. It was a red-eye. I think it came in from Anchorage and stopped in Atlanta. My daughter slept, and I did too. That was even though I usually liked to catch the view out the window, even at night. Well, ok, I did let her take the window. Nice room and very nice hotel. An Icee machine? Very cool. Whoa, Islands of Adventure by itself used to take more than a day for the whole thing, even back before they added the Harry Potter part!
