how do you manage to get the correct diameter?
Ответитьhow can i have files of 3d printed parts ?
Ответитьwhere can i find an stl file for the drill spooler?
Ответитьno electronics hah hah
Ответить@kkrp6962 and maybe convert that print back to filament😂
ОтветитьPls stl 😁
ОтветитьI loved the video! Very good print quality! I have a question, in how many seconds does the Main Spool make a complete turn?
Ответитьi brought a glue gun and took it apart only to find it didnt use the same tech as yours. ,mine didnt have a central hole to pas the wire through. could you tell me ur glue gun brand ?
ОтветитьCant get the plastic all the way in the glue gun
Ответитьhow fast is the drill going? i might buy a dc motor to use instead of my drill and then use a tea candle to heat the screw up...
ОтветитьBrilliant ! 👌👌🌹
ОтветитьA que temperatura imprimis ese petg para que extruya bien
Ответитьquestion, can i use 1.5mm drill bit to make the size of the filament and use it on ender 3? cause i dont find any tutorial or video on the internet that ender 3 use 1.5mm filament
ОтветитьWhat diametere is your filament?
ОтветитьIs it okay if I use the stock nozzle of the glue gun?
ОтветитьHello dear friend, I ask you to write to me what settings you made in the ''cura'' program to print What settings did you make I just can’t find the settings for this , so that the 3D printer prints well Thank you in advance I really liked the video and I wrote you a like
Ответитьvale en lugar de una impresora 3d un lapiz 3d?
Ответить100% Excellent!!!
ОтветитьCan you explain the process . the components needed what sort of nozzle are you using where do I get it. stuff like that
ОтветитьA few questions. 1) bottles seem like a small amount of material, how do you splice them together to make a bigger roll of material. 2) what sort of settings do you use to print this material?
ОтветитьHello, can I ask how long you heated up the glue gun for? I have the same glue gun and used the same steel tip but when it comes out it is folded rather then combined.
ОтветитьThis is actually really smart, i can finally make filament without buying extra pieces
ОтветитьYe cut kerne wala nut bolt jesa dikhne wali cheez kese milegi ??
ОтветитьGreat video! Do you have the specs on the gearing setup for the spooler? also is that a high temp dual melt gun? Specs would be appreciated! thanks for the video!
ОтветитьWould be nice to show how u made the gear shaft stand
ОтветитьСпасибо! Интересная идея
ОтветитьHi,
Di You have any website for parts listing and how to ?
Thx
This is the easiest way to get filament thank you
ОтветитьHow much watt have the glue gun
ОтветитьWhat is the power supply for the glue gun?
ОтветитьCould you please provide the stl files for the gears of the drill? This is so dope!
ОтветитьPretty damn cool idea, what would have been the cherry on top would be you printing a bottle in vase mode ^^
Still, very inspiring =)
Very impressive. That glue gun really looks powerful.
Are the uses of the filament afterwards very good compred to PLA and others?
How do you make that spindle machine
ОтветитьCan I please get the STL for the stands you used for your gears, infact can I get STL's for the gears also. I'm using a lesser power drill. And what my plan is, I have a drill that looks more like a thick screwdriver that takes 4 AA batteries, I'm gonna recharge them using solar chargers. alot of night lights for gardens actually charge double AA's that then get used at night, but I'm just gonna get rid of the bit where it expels power at night and get about 12 of these charging double AA's everyday and I use 4 at a time, I'll have 16 batteries total, then for the glue gun currently I have a car booster that has adapter and stuff that allows it to run house hold appliances, and I'll also be charging this much larger battery using a larger solar panel, then eventually when I have a bit more money, I have an old everstart large car booster with 2 house hold outlets, a couple usb ports, a tire pump etc, but I'm gonna just hook up a car battery on the outside of it, and attach it all to a board so it's all not going anywhere without the rest of it. Cause the battery that was in there wasn't really that big - but I did manage to power an Xbox one, and a projector, and speakers for about 8 hours off of it, so a car battery definitely could do better. I have a 75W solar panel that would be perfect for charging this car battery, and then the entire setup would not just be recycling bottle plastic, but powered entirely by solar power. I then want to make another machine that uses old waste from printing, like supports and failed prints, and turns it back into filament, so I've been seperating PLA and PETG and colors from the very beginning and down the line I really want to get these two machines operational so that my overhead cost for using the printer is so incredibly low, and then I again want to power the printer with a solar panel, I'm also making wind turbines and small damns through 2 streams that pass near my house and my goal is to be 100% power grid free in 5 years. but it all starts in steps you can afford, currently I have 4 solar panels of varying size, a promo happened a few years back and my friend got them with his beer, and gave me two solar battery chargers that charge an internal 2500mAh battery that I inturn charge a 4000mAh battery and an 8000 mAh battery with I then use those to charge almost all of my electronics this way, SO I think what I need is a glue gun that can do 170* C cause that's what it said the melting point of a 2L bottles plastic is. And the glue guns I've been looking at top out at 160 and I just don't know if that woukd be suffifient, So I wanna get one i an adjust the temps on. I also already have 4 gears made to turn my 130rpm drill down to roughly 18 rpm, but I think that will work, even though it should be closer to 15 rpm, Then I gotto get the bottle to spin cut itself like yours and feed into the glue gun, then out on to the spindle which im gonna reuse an empty spindle from used up filament. What I really need to know from your video, is how fast is the spindal needs to spin, how hot does the glue gun need to be, and how do you get the plastic from the bottle to cut continuous, most of the time I get one circle.
ОтветитьPET is a plastic that can be used for food. If you use the bottles for 3D printing, you take this raw material from this cycle. It is better to recycle PET and make drinking bottles out of it again.
Ответитьmaybe we can have a video that teaches how to make the spooling machine?
Ответитьhow hot does your glue gun get? Says online that PET melts at ~260C and standard glue guns usually heat to ~130C
Ответитьnice work. what is the diameter of the glue gun tip?
ОтветитьWhat is the wattage of your glue gun?
ОтветитьCombien de diamètre de découpe ?
ОтветитьI don’t know how you managed to just pull it out. I tried this with black filament and it is not easy
Ответитьhow about some files as well? to print
ОтветитьHello this is silicon machine how many watt
ОтветитьDoes it matter what kind of bottle you use? Some PET bottles are thicker than others, would it matter how thick the plastic is on the bottle?
ОтветитьCan this bottle filament be used on a 3d pen ?
ОтветитьThis is really cool, but it's definitely not "without electronics". I don't even know what electronics you are leaving out. You have the two one would expect: A heating element and a motorized reel. What is this avoiding?
