500 grams of sugar- beside a ton of ghee and natural sugar from banana ( any fruit will spike glucose but slowly ) - this product might be tasty but surely unhealthy - ( healthy compared to majority unhealthy there to eat )

What you mean by no sugar?? Jaggery is also sugar. There is no difference in jaggery and refined sugar other than its tastes .

For those of you who live in the States and don't have unlimited resources (i.e., opm..other people's money), just clarify some butter. Heat it on low over the stove and when it separates strain it. You're not likely to find jaggery in a regular store. I'd probably press some dates and liquefy some cane sugar and mix them. But when they say it's not sugar, it's jaggery... it's sugar in a different form.
