2024 opens in style with record volume of sales and new project launches | January 2024

As we concluded 2023 with an impressive annual price growth of 16.4%, the Dubai real estate market has kicked off the new year with a modest 0.2% month-on-month increase in average property prices.

Based on the Property Monitor Dynamic Price Index (DPI), the current Dubai property prices are at AED 1,284 per square foot, slightly surpassing the previous all-time high and market peak of September 2014 by just over 4%.
