Guys, don't buy this Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10+. A lot of Samsung users especially those in the community at Samsung Members app (Philippines) are complaining on the "S Pen Disconnected Error". Almost everyday, same compliant arises, and I'm one of them. I came from iPhone, 3 years ago then returned to Android choosing Samsung, but the experience is so frustrating. To this date, No official advisory from Samsung HQ has been made. The complaints in the Samsung community are growing. My money isn't worth it for a flagship phone worth Php60,990.00 and then they're giving me this ordeal. Not fair. So this is it. Nothing more, nothing less.

I've got this phone and serious question, does anyone's phone actually work? I have gone back and forth with iPhone and Samsung. Samsung has really just been nothing special. Until I got this note 10. I love the whole stylus idea but nothing else works. My apps constantly freeze and don't let me close until I restart phone. Messages have come in days late. Calls get missed and just go straight to voice-mail. The volume buttons always freeze up while adjusting volume. And my saved data on apps always deletes itself including music and emails. Talked to Samsung and went to store and no one was any help. Sorry for the rant but genuinely curious if this phone has worked well for anyone? Wouldn't be the first time I bought the awesome new Samsung and turned it in 2 years later to find out its the worst phone I could have bought.
