She's back because this stupid show put her through a dumb diet and exercise regime that resulted in her losing weight yes but she gained it all back. I'm shocked at how all these so called professionals have no clue about yo yo dieting. I can't believe khloe is helping people lose weight and convincing them it will solve all their problems in life when she is still insecure AF in her own skin and heavily edits all her pictures. That clearly isn't the case, she needs to stop fooling herself AND these people. What they need are proper nutrition as most of them are suffering from binge eating disorders which is as serious an eating disorder is anorexia

It seems like everyone on those shows justify their weight by trauma, it can't be that all overweight people had some kind of trauma. As for me, I have been overweight since 5 years old, I definitely had no trauma, just poor eating habits.
