ОтветитьI like that this is slowly gaining more traction after knees over toes guy. It transitioned from knees to back which i love. Knees are essential for sure and shoulders too. But back is the core factor
ОтветитьI’m afraid this video can be misleading ppl with herniated disc on their lower back. Majority of these exercises can worsen your herniated disc even if you know what you are an experienced weight lifter. Just wanted to put it out there.

ОтветитьStop teaching things which you don't understand and motivate people to get permanently disabled. It's a very complex joint with a 100 different possible causes for the root of the pain with different treatments. Unless and until a basic assessment is made you can never come up with the right treatment plan
