Let’s make some Samosa Paratha, a quick and delicious twist on traditional parathas that will leave you amazed!

No Need To Fry

This is such a simple and amazing recipe
This recipe came to me when I wanted a quick keema paratha but didn’t want to spend HOURS making it. I was astonished by how delicious this turned out to be.

I used homemade meat samosas, so this is a meat paratha. You can use any type of samosas to create different Flavors.

Ingredients:

Frozen samosas
1 cup of plain flour
Some water
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Instructions:

Start by mixing plain flour with water to create a smooth, thin paste.

Add a little salt and pepper to the paste for added taste.

Heat a frying pan with some oil on medium heat.

Add frozen samosas to the pan, enough to fill it.

Once the samosas are in, evenly spread the prepared flour paste across them.

Cover with a lid and steam for about 2 minutes.

Flip the samosa paratha and add a little oil to ensure it cooks completely.

Cook for around 2 minutes per side.

For that extra crispiness, flip it once more.

Your Samosa Paratha is ready to enjoy!
