I have a question about injection of dermal filler.For training I used some pig skin.I noticed that there is some resistence during insertion with the needle 27 gauge and when i do the back fill while inject the filler there is a strong resistence and no increase of volume.Should i find some planes of cleavage where to inject the material ?Or some empty space that need to be filled ?Actually i don't get to put material inside that shoul rest there.
