I didn't see a single solar panel or wind turbine or any Mid-Century Modern furniture. That's a problem. Not impressed.
ОтветитьThe paint on the walls better be organic.
ОтветитьAnd you have to rent the lot
Ответить"Affordable" ???This is so ridiculous it's laughable! Tiny home concept started as a minimalist way of living...these people are just greedy and trying to cash in on a trend. And she's sitting there trying to justify the outlandish price with a smile on her face! I'll pass thanks 😅
ОтветитьMassive ripoff... simple math tells you listing is 8n your future
ОтветитьWhen success leads to greed, thereby excluding those who need housing that is affordable and that would be those who need it the most. This is a bit of an elitist community even using the farm to promote a lifestyle that should be accessible to everyone. The justification dialog used in the video says our purpose is to garner big profit.
ОтветитьGetting greedy already!!!!!
ОтветитьSickening how wage suppression and greedflation has pushed Americans into tiny homes and on the streets. Don't let this be a new normal so the 1% can own us. We need to fight back.
ОтветитьI would just like to see some trees
ОтветитьI will be developing a tiny home community in Lubbuck, TX with rents starting at $350/mo and homes starting at $60k.
Ответить166 to 193! That’s insane! And these homes doesn’t appreciate. That’s crazy! You might as well buy a regular home. Insane!
Ответить“ tiny home community “ = the new chic trailer park 😂
ОтветитьI LOVE the concept of this community.. when I seen the price my jaw dropped 😂😂. I plan to start a community like this in Michigan but they will all be rentals and affordable.
ОтветитьCould someone sublet or put it on AirBnB when not around?
Ответить145.00 per square foot in alabama then appliances,
ОтветитьWe’d like to visit your village so we can get some ideas for our village.
ОтветитьHow many acres is this on?
ОтветитьShe's pretty bad, keep your legs closed!
ОтветитьIf you're in the desert ready to drop from thirst and someone offers you a bottle of water for $100, you're willing to pay that. While it may not be illegal, it's ethically and morally reprehensible to do that to someone because of their desperation.
ОтветитьI'd rather have the house from 1902. How much are you asking for that, $10 million maybe?
ОтветитьCouldn't afford a tiny home here but was able to buy one of those hammocks for only $45,000. Of course, at that low price I didn't get the land it's on but I am renting it for only $350 a month. Winters are pretty mild in Texas, right?
ОтветитьJust wait. The $80,000 "Micro Home" (under 100 sq ft) is coming next.
ОтветитьBiden voters.
ОтветитьEverything else aside, someone should coach this young lady on how to speak properly. Every other sentence is "you know", then her real pearls of wisdom "your little boo" and "all that jazz" when describing aspects of the community. I'm sorry, but I am 62 years old and I do not have a "little boo".
ОтветитьThat is not affordable for the SSI and SSDI rent is good but lot rent is way to high
Ответить15k to me😊😊
ОтветитьThis woman should not be speaking for this community
ОтветитьTiny house village, you mean a trailer park?
ОтветитьWhat about the cars being outside in the sun and storms? Is there shelter for that? Thanks
ОтветитьSomehow they have built literal tiny wooden sheds, and are convincing people to pay for the price of a house 😂
ОтветитьThe cost for these homes is maybe $125 a square foot. They're charging over 450 per square foot.
How the f*** are people buying these?!
Complete with an aggressive HOA. 😂
ОтветитьBack in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Texas in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.
ОтветитьAre the pool and other community amenities included? Are they additional monthly cost?
Ответить$750 a month lot rent? I bought a house in St Louis Michigan for $73,000, my monthly cost for Utilities, taxes and insurance is less than $400 a month. Small town America is loaded with such houses for retirees.
ОтветитьYes these Tiny homes are a bit pricey BUT remember, this is AUSTIN, TX ! The TECH capital of the South! The City where regular homes went from 80k to over 300k in like 3yrs so I understand.🤔
ОтветитьIt’s Austin, Tx no wonder the prices are high.
ОтветитьHousing shouldn't cost more than 30% of your income.
ОтветитьShed to houses rent to own build out on a very cheap property build two or three one for Airbnb and one to rent
ОтветитьRidiculous prices.
ОтветитьWow that is nice
ОтветитьI will get a new 22 foot no expando travel trailer for 20k and live in a RV park. Will not get a mortgage for 200k tiny home AND rent the lot.
ОтветитьI can build my own cheaper and travel too. Homes are getting smaller and costing more
ОтветитьI'm not seeing much difference between this and manufactured/mobile homes. A manufactured home in my area is much cheaper. A lot of tiny homes and new construction (non-tiny) are prefab.
ОтветитьWe fixing to build tiny houses. Plese help me with ideas
ОтветитьOccupy madison is looking for people to move in. Its free but the problem is the waiting list. You can volunteer to speed it up tho
ОтветитьI dearly hope the barn cat is fixed.
ОтветитьWood houses are not durable. 😂
ОтветитьThis is insane!!!!
ОтветитьI’d rather live in a cardboard box under an overpass than ever live in Texas again.
Ответить
