I had a job where I traveled for work..that was my only place to stay for a whole year...I stayed in hotels including that job for 2 years. I stayed in my car during the winter and it wasn't running..no job no nothing but God is good though. Gotta crib and through God's help I'm maintaining. Keep Pushing Ma'am!!!

This woman WANTS to live in a car. With the amount she is spending with the car living, she could easily rent a room.

She said her car payment is $500/month. For $3-5k you could have a van and a bed in it. New car, high insurance, and gas for heating/cooling. I guarantee she is spending $1000-1400 a month minimum just on car payment, insurance, gasoline. For that amount of money, you could rent a room, or have a campervan, Class B/C RV, etc. With a campervan, some solar panels/batteries, she wouldn't consume near the amount of gas she is consuming in that car.

When she mentioned bad landlord and roach infestations, I FELT that! I hope you receive the housing you deserve! 🙏

She should have stayed with her husband. She didn’t mention any physical abuse with him yet she was off and off with the supposedly violet boyfriend. Now we hear her side but not his side. Her parents failed her but she had opportunities thereafter.

No they do not want to pay rent,I am 70yrs of age,recently lost one of my sons,I have to support another son who do not live here he has schizophrenia,I went back to college,at 59,to become a mortician..unfortunately I did not pass the boards,just have an Associate degree,got a job at a funeral home working minimal wage,and the black female manager,gave me 1did 16 week,

This lady is a blessing , praying that she gets housing , nobody should have to live on the streets or in their cars if they are fortunate enough, I was that one check away sadly it’s wen your down and out ppl try to take advantage of your circumstances like that isn’t already hard I found this out . Now by the grace of God I have a dear friend I’ve known over 30 years helping me but it’s not permanent. But a lot of ppl don’t realize wen you don’t have your own place or you’re evicted for whatever the reason when you’re sleeping rough you’re just literally surviving and even just the little that normally wouldn’t be an issue becomes an issue I’m on SSDI and help ppl wen I can even if it’s a dollar or water I try to never judge be they addicts or just out for financial reasons at the end of the day we are all humans and we all just are trying to figure out this reality . Rents so high here in Philadelphia even an efficiency is about 1.100 bucks it’s just ridiculous , and if they would just rehab the housing that can be rehabbed to house ppl and they need rent control so ppl can afford these rents there are so many ppl out sleeping on the streets and it shouldn’t be this way 🤷‍♀️prayers to this young woman for not letting her situation get the best of her and hoping her life gets easier . And sending virtual hug ❤️💙and love ❤️

It's sad because America has you working, and everything you make goes to taxes, insurance, rent, etc. I think families will have to live together to really make it without struggling too hard.

You can’t expect to get off the streets working those low level jobs seriously. I make over 3k every 2 weeks. And sometimes I’m struggling

Instead of a degree I couldn't afford, I was able to afford property which led me to being debt free homeowner. It also meant I was not indoctrinated. I often think how badly things would have gone for me if I finished college.

I chose to live in my car when my rent went up by $500. I was like, I’m not even about to play with y’all! 😂 it’s not for everyone…but it was the best decision I’ve made thus far! ❤

She is homeless because she wants to be. I'm a single mom. That works $17 an hour and does a Lil doordash on the side my bills are $3000 per month that includes food. I have no money left when I'm done. However thanks be to God I have a roof over my head. This woman is worthless and doesn't want any responsibility including her child

im homeless because rent is going high and couldnt afford it. my friend said i can stay at there house for 2 weeks then i have to leave, so i have one more week then back in the streets. Im scared being out in those streets between 12 am - 4am walking because theres serial killers and horrible people. I dont sleep when im in the streets because im afraid someone is going to hurt me. No car....I dont know what to do. Im thinking about suicide.

But they have money for Russia .... Ukraine..... And other countries.... And illegal immigrants..... They get better treatment.... While the powers to be can't even find a solution to the homeless epidemic.... And believe me..... It's a massive Epidemic.... Very saddening.....
