it is extremely SCARY that Karens like her are psychologists and they are allowed to testify in court, she seems so cold, unpleasant,, and unprofessional ....and she is working with children????? INSANE!

Wtf is this?! Where are the facts?….

Now that I come back to this, I believe she only interviewed AH once, then went by the notes of the other doctor's. I'm sure she made all of her symptoms up, that's why she had to read from her notes! Shameful!

So they are using this witness to bring in all of Ambers hearsay as if its a fact. I dread to think of the damage this Dr has done. If a doctor with as much training and credentials she has along with her decades in the field who reviewed everything in this case was unable to detect that AH is the perpetrator then what does that say. Hughes charges an exorbitant amount of money and seems to seek out high profile cases and it seems she will say whatever is needed for money. I mean She's talking about jd committing this violence as if she knows for a fact it happened even though evidence contradicts everything AH said.

Too bad being an expert witness is LITERALLY a memory test 🤦🏽‍♀️

I just listened to the transcript of all of the sidebars. Elaine is worse at her job in the sidebars then in open court. This expert doesn’t understand what it means to testify as an expert. Dr Curry showed how it’s done.

This woman doesn't behave like a professional psychologist. Why is she allowed to give hearsay testimony? This is outrageous behavior.

The problem with this so called Dr is that she is completely unlikeable, haughty, obviously man hating, and a complete jerk. She had no redeemable qualities on the stand. Dr. Hughes worked against AH. Bad lawyering.

You guys are idiots. They didn’t allow the evidence that showed johnnys depp’s assistant LITERALLY texted amber saying “when i told you he kicked you, he cried” but apparently amber is lying about that too? you’re all a bunch of sheep

I'm curious, why would you not be allowed to read the notes? I assume they would be in evidence no? If not, then that I understand but I would assume her notes would be in evidence.

She’s the definition of unprofessional. Anytime that Johnny’s team objected, she acted unbelievably childish by rolling her eyes, sighing very loudly, and giving Johnny’s team the stink eye.

If this embarrassing excuse for a wannabe psychiatrist actually spent 29 hours or more that she claims to have spent with Amber, she should know her well enough to not have to read HER notes. Her AND Elaine clearly don’t know the difference between referring to notes or reading notes . And even though she was caught reading them a number of times and got in trouble, she still continued to do the “side eye” reading. Not only that, the amount of hearsay that she spewed was unreal.

The fact that Amber wasn’t even one of Dr. Curry’s patient and she only spent 12 hours or so with her, she remembered everything pertaining to Amber’s file.

Funniest bit was when Elaine rushed over to Dr. Hugh’s before Johnny’s team and wouldn’t hand over her file for his team to read and only handed over pages of her choosing wasn’t a massive red flag at all. Amber’s entire legal team and “witnesses” were a huge joke

JD's lawyers barely objected - They let her go on and on knowing they will demolish her on cross.

This psychologist is telling the alleged attacks like it actually happened, it sounds weird. This woman should know better or she was paid to make it sound like that. This professional is a fraud.

Johnny’s side wanted to laugh so bad when they objected to something not being in the disclosure and Elaine replied with “It’s clearly in the disclosure, point to where it’s not!” 😭😂

Yea, I’m rewatching this years later simply because I love watching Johnny be vindicated and it’s still just hilarious to me how bad these so called “experts” of ambers were! I just have to wonder how this lady’s career is going now! 😂 I mean, she wanted to be a paid “expert” in this very publicized trial, and I’m sure the reason being the same as what Elaine loved claiming Johnnys side was there for, her 15 min of fame, but like Elaine and Ambers whole side, they all just made fools of themselves!! They all, this woman included, made themselves look completely inept! They all lied incessantly and they were bad at it! 😂 they couldn’t hold any of their lies together and couldn’t keep their stories straight! And the way they tried to push their “expertise” in their certain “field” like the ACTUAL experts on Johnnys side weren’t there was even more comical! I just have a feeling there are many careers that were ruined on that whole side! And, I would say I feel bad for them, but I don’t! They chose to go up there and lie for her so… they earned their failure! And I mean to I even need to go in on Elaine?! “Point to where it isn’t…” Ben and Camille’s reaction to that says it all!!! 😂 unprofessional is an understatement! Lastly, as a dv survivor myself, watching an abusive liar like Amber and all of the liars she paid to be there for her be called out and shut down with actual legitimate evidence and seeing Johnny be vindicated, get his life and power back, seeing the world stand behind him and believe him… it just brings me joy!

Edit: I just needed to add that I absolutely LOVE judge Penny!!! She’s an icon and I refuse to listen to anyone who says otherwise! 👑
