My guestion, how the hell do you let that get that bad

This happened to me when i was 23 i plugged some earbuds in my ear and i pushed earwax all the way in my eardrum and went almost deaf for about 2 days and i went to urgent care and they removed 2 huge sized pieces of earwax from both ears everyone make sure to professionally clean your ears stop using Q tips!

I just had a small impaction removed today from my left ear. It was caused by wearing hearing aids. They prescribed drops to prevent it in the future. Mine was nothing compared to these! I bet these felt amazing to get out of there!

For major extractions like these, I wanna see like a hearing test before and after. Like a simple snap near their ears. Just wanna see how much difference in hearing there is once the wax is removed.

Im dutch i yell use the happer... meaning the tool which grabs. And has teeth.. so for me it is de happer😂
