I'm happy being nice, then what's wrong?

Greed & Sefishness are simply the lack of Love, i.e. ` Evil `
& are a product of disturbed thinking such as Petersons ( a christian who ignores christ`s teachings : )
Weakness is Ego - Hitler, Putin, Murdoch, Trump, Biden, & to a lesser extent Peterson, Musk
Power comes from Love & Wisdom, not IQ ! - Dalai Llama & other teachers
who work on conquering ego & honestly working for the common good : ) : )

This points to a correlation between agreeableness and dishonesty. I know people who come up with the most elaborate scenarios and deceptions just because they don't want to engage in conflict. "Oh, just tell them this, we don't want to cause trouble".

Don't be a nice boss. I am a agreeable nice person in general but when I pay people it's worse. I guess I've always wanted people to be happy working for me. I run a small business and I recently let someone go. They have just filed for unemployment. I was a little shocked because I gave them so much leniency. They would come in late. Leave early on a whim and use work time to make personal phone calls. Still I tried to only see the good until the last incident. I don't regret firing them. I regret not having proper paperwork and write ups to back me up. I will going forward. For background I bake cakes out of a commercial kitchen so it's hard to love my work and be firm.

I not sure, but the last time I checked JP was not god, (and yes my room has been tidy the longest while but JP did not suggest that to me, it’s just a really obvious thing you need to do. Can’t people see what’s in front of their eyes? Does it need to be pointed out? If so, why so?) but if every male on the planet put JP’s methodologies into affect the world would become a very bland place, very safe, but reduced to a set of procedures and practices. What could you do with that? Creativity would fade away and die…

I’m so agreeing person and the reason for that is that I try to avoid conflict. When things get out of my control then I’m not the nice person that you knew. I know what I want and I’m glad I’m nice person.

I have no choice but to fight but as I get older all I want is for humanity to die.😢 I can't wait for my death maybe that's what I want

Oftenly, I find myself too agreeable to my superiors!.. I'm afraid of conflicts. It's a big trick to be disagreeable, especially to your bosses,.
Horizontally I'm a very open minded guy..

What Dr. Peterson explain is a gem. He is brilliant.

I'm 'nice' and 'agreeable' because I'm afraid of the kind of degenerate my brain makes me. I don't like being THAT, if I give in to THAT I'll end up even more ostracized or treated like I should be thrown in jail.

Can a person lose the capacity to feel inspired, or sustain the little inspiration they do feel, without any severely traumatic event? Is finding inspiration an innate human ability or more like a skill to be acquired (or lost, then re-acquired)?

I've always been only reading the comment section on all of those videos where he was figuring in.
I don't know why, but this one makes me feel called out.
