i feel bad for the stock bonesaw, quite literally every medic only weapon in melee is a straight upgrade, even the solem vow which is just stock but you can see health. seriously. the stock bonesaw doesnt do enough to be better than seeing health even with a slightly slower swing.

I swear I am the ONLY person who prefers stock over Original. Mostly because the sound design doesn’t make me sad, but also because I can warpaint it, and I can have a strange of it without selling a limb.

I say that the windowmaker is direct upgrade from stock if you hit your shots with gunslinger, diamondback is direct upgrade since you get crits for doing spy things and there already spy sniper, but with these from deus ex (not the gunslinger), they are overpowering if you use them right.

one more pay to lose item: the pipe+beard for soldier has a particle effect smoke coming out of the pipe, which is insanely long-lasting, it basically leaves a snail trail behind you so everyone knows which way you went

There's several "basically direct upgrades" where the downside is so minimal it doesn't really matter. A prime example is Demoman's Scottish Skullskutter. It gives you extra damage and extra melee range, at the downside of moving 20% slower, when equipped. The slower movement speed really isn't significant when you realize that you are only gonna be equipping it when you are already super close to the enemy.

Same with the Bazaar Bargain for Sniper. The only downside is that it charges slower, and you need to collect headshots to make it charge faster. If you land 2 headshots in one life (which you should be trying to do with any rifle) then you will have the stock rifle's charge speed. Any headshot kills after 2 with the Bazaar Bargain is literally a direct upgrade to the stock.

The Crusader's Crossbow is an obvious one. It simply out performs every needle gun by a long shot, plus it's extremely useful for healing from a distance.

What pay to win effects does overwatch have?

The pan is not pay-to-lose, it has a significant boost of random crits

i think none of the weapons are pay to win since each player has an equal and oposite chance of getting it. you dont have to pay for any weapon in tf2 unless you want to
