iPad 2 In 2023! (Still Worth It?) (Review)

I still use my Ipad 2 for school works, running pdf files in an Ipad was something compared to a phone.

Also using it for entertainment such as Netflix. So I guess it's still kinda worth it

I tried charging mine up to have the grandsons use for games, but all I can get it a blue screen (after charging for days). What does that mean? Can it be fixed at all? I just wanted to use it for a game I had on it.

I use it just to read digital documents since the phone is too small

It’s so fkd up that apple can say software for an I pad two can’t support you tube when all the i phones older than the I pad two do so shows apples is lying shows how money hungry they are so what there saying is buy us but we may change the capabilities onit later

I own one of these it was my first iPad tried fixing it because it was boot looping but I couldn’t save it

I Have An IPad 2.

My IPad 2 is on IOS 6.1.3. I wish it would still be supported. the OS is still fluid! The only reason its unusable is becuase Apple decided to cut the cord!

A "Review" of an ipad 2 in 2023 is simply "Nonesense" ... title is a clickbait and is a almost 9 min waste of time!! ... thumbs down all the way!!

I still play old games on it which cannot be downloaded on new devices. and use it for alarm clock and can be used to read on iBooks

Im still using my ipad 2 , it lasted me since 2011.
Back then as portable device while travelling and nowadays, it is still my pdf and ebookreader when commuting to work.
Can't get over myself to replace it yet.

this ipad was my very first Ipad the only issue i have with it now is that it can no longer connect to wifi my phones that are around the same age as it can still connect to the wifi but i dont know if its just my ipad

I recently buyed an iPad 2, i downgraded it and i jailbreaked it, then i install a Lot of games (like the Sims 3, GTA San Andreas MC3, etc) and they run FABULOUS the battery is very good, and iOS 6 looks just Beautiful

Is it possible to erase and reinstall an Ipad 2 now? My mother has one I purchased for her and it is running more slowly than even an Ipad 2 should be expected to run. In the past Apple’s advice has been to erase it and reinstall from backup. Any suggestions?

I just bought one of these brand new on ios 6. Ios 9 is trash. Apple designed it to slow down the old devices. They lost 500 million in a class action lawsuit because of it. Never update to ios 9 on a device that originally launched on ios 6

In iOS 12, iOS design dropped for me but came back in 15.

I just picked one up for a few quid. All I really wanted is a screen to watch Netflix on etc. Obviously, the way Apple make their own kit obsolete means I can't download the Netflix app and nothing works in the shitty Safari browser pre installed. Trying to install an Android OS on it so it's at least vaguely useful but that's proving difficult too. Think I'll just sell it on.
