For some wierd reason during my hesi exit exam the question added saying but doc orders 23mg. Weight 115, Recommend dose is 2mg/kg . available is 20mg/2ml. What is Ml. So what screwed me was do I put the doc order in ? Do I put wat is recommended in or is that a distractor or do I add both of those to my problem solving ?
