ОтветитьI go to an exercise program once a week at a nearby community centre. I'm the youngest there (age 37) since everyone else is either late thirties or middle aged to senior. I love doing your workouts.

ОтветитьI just started the 30 minute 5 day chair workouts for seniors , I’m 61 and have back problems, and breathing issues , this is great for me. I just finished day 2 , but only see it up to day 5 for the chair exercises, will you have more of them later. I do them from my tv and go to my phone to comment. Would love to continue them after day 5 is done.

ОтветитьIs this exercise good for people with vertigo? I want to try this workout but I have vertigo. I don't get much exercise because of the lightheadedness an dizziness that I deal with sometimes.

ОтветитьHi Jules. Love your programs which I use with my fellow residents in my retirement village and present at a Day Centre for Seniors, many with early dementia. (I like your Dementia videos especially for this group). I have a problem at the Day Centre though - the equipment available does not include WiFi and it's a bit of a problem having to take my laptop, dongle, speakers, cords etc with me. Is it possible to get your videos on CDs or even in a form that I can download onto a memory stick? Happy to pay for these of course.
I'm 83yrs, I live in Sydney, Australia. I started doing You Tube exercise videos when we were first locked down with Covid - and I've never gone back to my previous exercise classes. Many friends in my village were in the same situation so we get together to do your programs now - doing it together is more motivating.

Still doing your exercises as many times a week as I can. I am now keeping a ball squeezed between my knees during many of the exercises to increase the workout.

ОтветитьHi Jules, while I've been doing stretching it feels like I will turn into Jello if I don't start moving again! So I did this one and it really felt good to use some of my muscles again. I can't believe how tired I've become in just the few days I havent exercised. I see my doctor later today and am hoping for a green light on movement even though I still have a tiny bit of discomfort. Thanks Jules!

ОтветитьI know that some people are not happy with you talking. I love it. I have a nephew who is blind, and I am encouraging him to try your programs. He is wheelchair bound suffering from Ataxia and is only in his mid 30's. I let you talk without being bothered because I know what exercise is next and I just start so I can do extra reps. It is so important that you talk to encourage people who have unbelievable challenges in their life that many people have no idea how hard their life is!
