ОтветитьWhen you're a mom of small children, it's a bit difficult to manage to do all of that 😅. I still try, and what I never skip is exercise (even if I'm interrupted 500 times and they leave a thousand messes around the house 🤣).

ОтветитьI have a habit of these all things and I can say that there is no change in my life and I feel just stress to do these all things like at night before sleeping do night routine,after waking do morning routine then stress to do exercise and I plan but situation happens opposite of it.

ОтветитьDon’t get me wrong, I respect your opinion. However I think it’s different for different individuals. For me, I always do multi-tasking and as a result I get enough time for myself and work on other things. For me, giving attention to details in every single thing do can help us utilise the time more efficiently. Especially when someone have 9 to 5 job, it’s hard to focus on one thing at a time. It’s more like priority based.
