Day 1: Did it, this was pretty easy but I did feel the burn. I also always do stretches after my workouts they really help slim my legs!
Day 2: Did it, also did stretches in the morning and before I went to sleep.
Day 3 (of workout): I skipped 2 days but I did a lot of cardio in each day and thats why. Anyways I felt the burn lol.
