doing this for one week and updating everyday!
day 1: about to do it! / after doing it.. my legs are shaking and i feel like i’m gonna throw up 😭 this might sound dramatic but i actually cant😭 but i’ll stay

Okay so I decided to do this after all so ima update it so I can see if there was any difference.. and also cuz I’m always searching for that kind of comments and almost never find the exact as I want sooo yeah. Remind me if i forget to update>>>
[L and R thigh: 49cm; L and R calf: 35cm

Day 1: Did it, this was pretty easy but I did feel the burn. I also always do stretches after my workouts they really help slim my legs!

Day 2: Did it, also did stretches in the morning and before I went to sleep.

Day 3 (of workout): I skipped 2 days but I did a lot of cardio in each day and thats why. Anyways I felt the burn lol.

when i did it like just couple times my legs started to become slimmer... like.. i was struggling with no results even tho i was eating well and working out
but only this helped me

starting this today for 30 days:
✅ day 1- difficult for sure and couldn’t do all of them perfectly
❌ day 2- (this is being posted on day 3, i slacked off and didnt workout yesterday:( i will be doing everything twice today after work)

- single leg lift right 30 seconds
- single leg circle right 30 seconds
- outer leg lift right 30 seconds
- single leg lift left 30 seconds

doing this workout -with ankle weights - for 30 days - to build muscles - as a dancer
day 1: actually pretty easy, the workout was so fun! ✔
day 2: i was pretty tired but did it✔
day 3: getting slimmer near the knee, still pretty easy but definitly gained muscles✔
day 4: much harder but did it✔
day 5: didn't want to do it but still did it!✔
day 6: was on hiking vacations during day 6,7 but did it✔
My legs lost 1,3 cm!

Height: 168
Weight: 47kg
Day 1 : done and burns a lot (please like to remind me :) )
I did this for a week and my thighs were 47cm!!! the workout works

Day 3:✅I saw some results I have lost some fat in my inner thighs
Day 4: ✅I lost some more fat in my inner thighs and my outer legs look more defined!!!!! So my legs look more feminine
