Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W slow Chromium internet fix

Hey there, buddy! Could you lend me a hand? I'm experiencing a problem with the Chromium browser on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W. It seems that the dropdown lists associated with the <select> tag are not opening correctly.

One thing can anybody tell me that what swap memory really takes. Like if I am booting pi with a 64gb usb , will it use the memory from that USB??
