On my iphone 15 pro the code doesn't come when i request from the iphone. But when i request the code from another andriod device it comes. Any fix for this?

I get the code and enter it but it doesn’t work - I’m directed to get another one and get locked out each time. Any idea how I can break this cycle and verify my account??
