I think I know the answer but this case or Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic? My only concern is that Lian Li might not for Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 FX cpu fan

Seriously, finding a case that can fit more than 2 HDDs is becoming a tedious and long journey. I have found a couple of them but they are humongous (Phanteks Ethroo Pro 2, Thermaltake Core V70, and the small but still to wide Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO).

More vid cases, please. But cover great/bad flow cases, pls.

It takes me a while to find the right case because I always something in mind because I over analysis the case. What ssd's can fit where? Are they in the way of air flow? What is the biggest rad can I can fit?

Be quiet and all this cases that have front mesh, will catch dust more than others, if you have almost 0 dust envoierment it's good,

@jayztwocents why are they not building this horizontal. I would like to have the airflow of this with 2 front.. and 1 back exhaust and one top exhaust. With a noctua nh d15 cpu cooler. Wont the weight of a big 4070 and the noctua d15 cause too much stress on a motherboard? Or am I overthinking this?

Has anyone tested this with air cooling only -setup?

These cases are nice but have a scarily standard flaw in the design. A lot of case mfrs these days are shorting you 1 full USB per bank on the front of the case as in this case your USB3 header is used but they give you 1 USB slot instead of the normal 2 ( 2 ports per header). This usually ends up in the nice but pass category especially for customers or even myself who use those USB ports. It's a very cheap way for them to cut costs and robbing you of a port for no reason and says to me be wary. I love be quiet products but this case is a slap to the customer and they know it. There's no reason for them to do this when they could save money in other areas like removing that ARGB strip in the front and making the whole face open mesh giving better air flow in the process.

You can't vertical mount without heavy modding anyway.

Amazing case I just bought one of these. The build quality is supreme. BUT you are wrong for a few things - the air flow is not good at all. The hot air from the VGA is blasting directly to the glass and has nowhere to go. The case fans ate uncapable to catch this 85deg C air and extract it effectively. Aaaand other air flow flaws
There are other problems with this case, but the air flow is the biggest one.

Its a great case except if it was like just 1 cm longer then it could fit 4080 while a 360 radiator is at front. And the radiator could be placed on top, if the case was like 5mm longer. I don't know why they didnt make the case just slightly bigger

The USB 3.1 is type C not A. There is only one type A on the panel. Sort of lame.

I grabbed the lian li 011D-evo case last month, because it has a significant percentage of glass. Then I ordered be quiet light wings and psu.

I've had the same old cooler master case since 2008. I'm upgrading my system this year and decided to finally pick up a new case rather than putting fresh parts in an ancient box. This case looks like the winner for me. I love the look of it and it comes with 3 fans which seems to be a hard thing to find at a decent price point. Thanks for turning me onto to this one Jay!

I actually purchased a 500DX after this video and I've loved it since. One heads up is you CAN fit a 360mm radiator on the front like I did but you'll have a couple of issues especially if you want to do tubes down (as you should) and that is if you have a long GPU, you will need very long tubing and it has a pretty tight space to turn it all the way up and towards your CPU. My solution was to get the Phanteks vertical GPU mount, do some case modding and run the tubing around and behind the GPU. In the end i still get very good temps (with an i7-12700K too)

to anyone interested in this case they just released an updated version called pure base 500 fx its pretty much the same thing but with built in RGB lightwings fans and they are running a promo that makes the case 119usd up till the end of month (149 normal msrp)

Lol I just tested my mesh dust filter by blowing on it and my god it blocks so much air. I even slapped it on the front of my pc and the airflow just dies.
