ОтветитьI really want to thank you for your videos. You have helped me with my eating disorder so much. I have put on some muscle mass which I found difficult to do. I was over working out, but changing my diet and thinking about the quality of my food help me put on weight. I feel much more confident as a person and man.

ОтветитьLooks like more blueberries and less strawberries in the last one, along with more yogurt which is super gut healthy and granola is pretty sweet/sugary so you really dont need a lot! Just enough for a crunch
