You know Ben, I had to laugh when you said you don't find the Garmin HR Monitor Straps comfortable, oh man, you're flat chested, what are you worried about haha, can you imagine how uncomfortable they are for women when ya got boobs in the way LOL, sorry for saying that but I don't know any other way to say it more politely so ye, for women they are very uncomfortable & can cause so much chaffing but hey, if ya want accuracy I guess we have to sacrifice the discomfort haha.

After trying with a lot of shoe for long runs or recovery runs for my the best shoe is the Hoka One One Clifton 6... I really love it !!!

If you have planter fasciitis, you need a night brace. In America you can find them at CVS or Walgreens for $25. They keep your foot flexed as you sleep so the tendons recover at the proper length.
I cant say its the most comfortable thing I've worn, but it cured my planter fasciitis in a few nights.

Hi Ben. Great Video. I am also running the TP100. I was wondering what kind of shoe you would recommend as I have never ran on the trail. I see you mention the Nike Trail 2. I have heard from others that a road shoe would be more suitable as its mostly compact smooth paths? Would be good to hear your opinion. Thanks for the great content, keep it coming.
