Admob banner Ads in Unity. Quick Easy and Clean, with source code

when i change scene i want banner to stand still so i used dontdestroyonload function but it didnt work. do you have any recommendatitons?

Hello, I have done exactly step by step, and in my device still do not appear the ads, I used the test ads, those of my app, and I do not get results. My unity version is 2021.3.8f1 with the sdk and ndk that were installed with that version.
