Balochistan is known throughout the country for its traditional cuisine. These regional foods are known for their taste and unique way of preparing them. In search of these traditional foods, we traveled to the village of Eri Klaag in the Raskoh valley of Kharan, which is 35 km from Kharan city.

To make Vari, first the dough is prepared, then the sand is heated by lighting a fire in a dry place, after that the hot sand is put aside and the roti is put in it. Then they pour hot sand over it and leave it to ripen. After one to one and a half hours, this delicious roti or vari is ready. Which you can eat with tea or without anything.
