ramanujan is definitely the proof of god. no formal education and reaching this level is insane
Ответить1 + x
x > 1
Which number can you use for x to reach any negative outcome, like -0.08
Ganesh, so called "elephant god" is the wrong one. Ramanujan was directly in contact with the goddess Namagiri, who psychically impressed upon him the math still being struggled with today. Invoke Namagiri, instead of Ganesh.
Ответитьwell.... lets calculate... 1+2+3=6... then we will plus bigger numbers... so result will only grow... thats why in basic math 1+2+3+.. don't = -1/12. but eternity brake math and make unlogical
ОтветитьI feel Ramanujam was fake
ОтветитьThe only thing that gives me pause is that physicists use this value in science. There I something true about this equation.
Ответитьquackery
ОтветитьNow I see this Old guy made Maths with many questions I have to answer at Exams... 😅
ОтветитьIf there is a way to deduce such a sum, is it correct to write it with the standard equals annotation, wouldn’t ir be better to use a R(..)=-1/12 notation? After all the naiv „the result can’t be negative“ proof holds for standard equation, right?
ОтветитьI would still argue that this is wrong. You cant just reorganize infintites like the finite numbers.
ОтветитьMoon math... stay outta Dr. Caligari's cabinet or else..
ОтветитьYou are the only foreign er that can pronounce srinivasa correctly
ОтветитьInject it into my veins
ОтветитьI studied some maths and ended up becoming a lawyer. Helps in making calculated speech. Lately I've been practicing mathematics again and going for lessons. Fascinating.
ОтветитьI completely, totally disagree with the message here. All these attempts to arrive at the -1/12 through anything like "normal" series handling are bogus - the minute you start moving terms around within the series (skipping slots, starting anywhere other than the lowest order term, etc.) you are cheating and as far as I'm concerned the result is worthless. Being able to use a "tactic that can get you anything" to get a particular value is meaningless.
The bottom line is that analytic continuation of the zeta function over to the point z=-1 is the only thing here that makes sense - but that is NOT "summing the series." It's doing something altogether different, and arriving at -1/12 that way is perfectly legitimate. But you're just not talking about summing the series anymore. Anything here that implies you are is smoke and mirrors.
Ramanujan is like the math equivalent of "quantum woo." The popular science media inevitably presents quantum theory in the way designed to elicit the stronger "Holy Cow" factor from the audience. It's not nearly as weird and mystical as it's made out to be. I think the same is true here - video tiles with "1+2+3...=-1/12" in them are practically guarantted to create a shock effect, and that means clicks.
Making sense of this would be: by mass, a twelfth of a stable particle, from an inflection point, breaks off, during the Big Crunch part of a Big Bounce event.
ОтветитьGanapati bappa morya
Ramanujan ❤❤❤❤
I mean so you're using stuff like that and you don't understand the concept of lost structures
