Really digging the look of your E30 and that V8 sounds insane!!
Mods going forward, for me would be a Gearbox cooler and put the fan on a Switch on the Dash and I'd leave it switched on until whilst Drifting and the Best Mod would be a Taxi sign, that would be So Cool 😎

You could add some water wetter additive or evens waterless coolant the should help you situation without changing anything
