Hartman is a POS - what really pisses me off is when a good clean hit is delivered, no one is blind sided, no one is hurt, yet the player that got hit - his team (or him) wants to fight the guy. This was a dirty late hit that should be a suspendable offense but of course it won't be as it's the NHL - if they did suspend these types of hits there would be a lot less of them

Oh, and btw - the best way to get Hartman - do something similar (with a lesser player cause it will be suspended) to Kiprizov - take him out of the the game on a needless play - then when you skate by the (wild) bench - say "that's on Hartman for his hit on Bouch " THAT is retribution!
