Does the name “Pavlov” ring a bell?
ОтветитьSubscribing, even though I don’t like BIRSKET. Brisket, however…..
Btw, my wife also doesn’t like pork chops. Emotional scars from the roof shingles that our parents called pork chops, I think.
What does one do with Whole Beef Round Knuckles? Maybe you might address some "odd" cuts sometime, please?
ОтветитьMy husband and I have been binge watching your videos! Just subscribed! Can't wait to try this! Thanks Butcher Wizard! 😀
ОтветитьJust got a full brisket for $36
ОтветитьJust an FYI I ordered from you link the meat slicer today 9/16 please make sure it is on your list of referrals
ОтветитьI am happy to have found your channel. Good info.
ОтветитьIn the 60's corned beef brisket was 13 cents a pound
ОтветитьI was just at Costco yesterday and saw this but wasn’t sure what to do with it. Now I feel pretty confident with being able to follow your instructions 👍🏼 also, gonna give it a go and make my own tallow! I absolutely love naked burgers (no buns or veggies… might have a dill pickle occasionally tho) I could eat burger patties every. single. day. 😂 thanks again! Smiles, Danese
ОтветитьThe link for your meat grinder was not complete in the description below your video. Would you try to put the link in again? Thanks!!
ОтветитьThey work well.
ОтветитьWithout a smoker is there a good way to make brisket in the oven? Should I even waste my money buying brisket without a smoker?
ОтветитьFake. Click bait
ОтветитьDamn, I thought you were going to show us how to walk out of Costco with one under our coat ... lmao!! Great video, do one about Prime vs Choice.
ОтветитьThat joint was well done
ОтветитьWow so cheap, do u know how much is a prime brisket in my country? For the full baker brisket it costs 6.1 Kuwait dinar per kilogram = 19.79 per kilogram
, which means for the exact same one he bought for 50$ i buy it for 116$ 😂
Why would you waste peoples time with this CRAP. It's not free.
Some of you folks will do anything to get people to click on you're
video. A shame.
Your understanding of FREE is a stretch.
ОтветитьWhole brisket at $50? Where I live you can't get whole brisket, or any other whole cut for that matter. All cuts are sliced in serving size pieces. $50 would get you 2 lbs of Angus, brisket or not. But most beef sold in the 4 dominant chains of grocery shops is old diary cows at $10 for a lbs, resteurants are swooping up most of the prime beef.
ОтветитьYour grinder link isn’t working 🤷🏻
ОтветитьAlas, the cuts I can see online for the costco in our area are all Wagyu. Which is interesting, but naturally not at a price I'd consider for daily life.
ОтветитьWONDERFUL thanks dude !!!!
Ответитьplease do tell us on grading of beef amazing video btw
ОтветитьWow! Great find!
ОтветитьAgree with you on cast iron. I inherited the cast iron that my father got from his mother who was born in the 1890's. Dad always made "meat patties"...that's what he called hamburgers...in the cast iron. Best ever.
ОтветитьWould DEFINITELY like a video on the grading off beef...especially at Costco.
ОтветитьJust bumped to your channel.
I liked this video and subscribed.
Please do a video about the different USDA meat classifications.
Thanks Mike from American Pickers
ОтветитьI wish I ate enough beef to take advantage of this. Not sure at all I want to invest in the grinder, the knives, and the time involved in doing all of this. Love the vlog, but really this is too much for me.
ОтветитьYes please explain the differences between grades of meat
ОтветитьI've been watching that prime brisket at Costco and now I know what to do with it! thanks!!!
ОтветитьVery clever , great video !
ОтветитьIts a shame my local CostCo for some reason does not carry Prime grade brisket. I started smoking brisket about a year ago and have been restricted to Choice grade only so far. 🙃Oh and after seeing this video. Now I really want a meat grinder.
ОтветитьNothing is free except for my 2 cents
ОтветитьThanks for coming into my life :-)
ОтветитьNothing is free here lol… you still bought the dang thing! And you are grinding the best part of the brisket.
Ответить🤙😎❤️💪
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьTurn that brisket into breakfast beef sausage links! So epic
ОтветитьIt would be so helpful to know how to grade our beef. I would so appreciate a video on that process.
ОтветитьCool video! I only remember seeing the flat cut brisket at my local costco, maybe I'll ask the meat department if they have the whole brisket
ОтветитьI always just cut strait down to separate the flat and the point. It all cooks and taste the same.
ОтветитьPrime vs Choice. And why should I care, and when is Choice good enough. Love to see your video.
ОтветитьOK so was this burger better than the frozen Bubba you tried the other day?
ОтветитьI prefer Choice brisket. It's perfect to braise.
ОтветитьYes please make a video of butcher verbage!!
ОтветитьI love this channel. Brad is very informative and his instructions are for everyone and easy to follow
