I hoped that there would be no Russian propaganda in the video, and I hoped in vain.
The fact that the word "Ukraine" comes from "Okraina" is a Russian and Soviet myth that is an attempt to erase Ukrainian history. The word "Ukraine" comes from the word "Kraina", which is present in every Slavic language, and means a country, a region. This is where the name "Ukraine" comes from, not from "borders" and "outskirts"

It is not correct 4 Ukraine , cause Ukraine was a Kievan Rus , the thought that Ukraine - is a “borderland” is a part of russian propaganda

Excuse me, but how Ukrainian lands could be a "borderland" between the Polish and RUS?? Ukrainian lands were the historical center of Rus kingdom with the capital of Kyiv since the 9th century(also i recommend to look when the city of Kyiv and Moscow were established ;) ). Modern russian land was only then then captured by kyivan rulers and soldiers. So maybe for russian lands will the word "borderlands" suit better? Btw fun fact: russia started to call itself as "russia" only in the beginning of 18th centure and only because ukrainian pope from Kyiv proposed to do so to russian tsar, while the first mention of the word "Ukrayina"-> Ukraine dates back to 1187 year. All said in this video about Ukraine is a typical example of russian propaganda which tries to steal ukrainian history and call itself "a descendant of Rus kingdom".

Slavs mean letter, word, sound. Russia means rus, rab, servant. Explore your own word orthodox, that Slavs call Pravoslavlje. Sound of correct celebration.
That is the origin of your slave word. Except that you from the west, under the influence of Rome, took it upon yourself to enslave other people. Even though Slavs only serve God and never used other people as their slaves. The meaning of our language is deeply connected to God. And those who lack of it, hate it.

The interesting fact, that the old name of the land of the modern Ukraine was called Chervona Russ which means red Russia. So there were: White Russia (BelaRuss), Great Russia (VelikaRuss) and Red Russia (ChervonaRuss).
The word Ukraine had an old russian grammar feature named difftong that allows to have a double pronunciation where it presents. And the old writing of the Ukraine was Oukraina which literally and figuratively means periphery.

The correct name for Moscow-based country is Muscovy. And people are Muscovites.
Muscovites used names Княжество Московское and Великое княжество Московское (Latin: Magnus Ducatus Moscuensis) in 13.-16. century. Commonly, they were calling themself Московия (Latin: Moscovia, English: Muscovy).
Then, Ivan the Terrible and Peter I stole names Russia/Russians from Ruthenians. They wanted to have more noble name.
Muscovite "historians" fabricated a lot of "historical" documents in 18.-19. century to support claims of the Third Rome and the continuity between Kyivan Rus' and Muscovy.

The meaning of Ukraine in your video is not correct. Ucraina consists of "U" - in and "Craina" - land, state, homeland. The best analog from English is "Inland". Borderland is used by russian propaganda.
Regarding russia. Russia (Rossia) is a Greek name of Rus (the name of the country, which excited in modern Ukrainian, Belorussian and some russian territories). Till 1721 modern russia was moscow tsardom and in 1721 it was renamed as russian empire.

Több genetikai vizsgálatot is végeztek, feltünően kerülgetik a témát, valamiért nem akarnak róla beszélni. Ezen felül a románok által is elismert Hunyadi Mátyás magyar királyról meg kiderült, hogy Kun származású volt. Kun egy asszimilálódott török népcsoport.

Hellas, helios you say Helena, iliada. Comes from the word hel = ήλιος and the ancient Greek word λας whch means rock so let's say shiny rock maybe something like that same as illyria ήλιος and λύρα is a synthetic word like Russia from rus and sia as you said and it is also actually we also called Greeks which is also Greek word this one.
