I am thinking about doing something kind of similar to this but with wire for a permanent setup for flowering vines to hide the fencing behind hit.

Nothing new. Been doing this for decades. But you can use less than half that much twine. You only need about 4 lines of the twine instead of what he has.

Plant bamboo to capture co2 and you will have free bamboo materials for trellis.

Nice. I've done that. What I do now is use cattle panels. Afix to t-posts and you're permanently set for many years. Make sure not to rest the panel on the ground or it'll rust.
