Nothing new. Been doing this for decades. But you can use less than half that much twine. You only need about 4 lines of the twine instead of what he has.

I use this style with my tomatoes and it works great. This year I didn’t give them any supporting attachments and they are fine. I call it my “wall of tomatoes!”

Nice. I've done that. What I do now is use cattle panels. Afix to t-posts and you're permanently set for many years. Make sure not to rest the panel on the ground or it'll rust.
