crazy to see just how far he has come since this
ОтветитьI miss old DR. Not that new DR is bad, just nostalgia.
ОтветитьI know that standard bullet weight for 7,62x51 is 145grs but...I would made cartidge with 185grs Lapua D46 bullet ,and then potentials of that caliber would be shown in much diferent level.
ОтветитьThat .308 could replace a jackhammer lol. Damn
Ответить“223 came with the scope extended clip, long as a rope”
ОтветитьIt is all about recoil - 5.56 is better in close combat like trenches or buildings when you need fast reaction and recovery of aim after a shot. With 5.56 you can put several bulets on the target in no time without losing an aim. As well 5.56 is deadly enough because it is light and unstable and makes bad wounds.
ОтветитьSorry, I'm taking my .223 over the .308 due to the weight of the rifle and the weight of the round. When you're carrying hundreds of rounds as well as other equipment, you want a light load. I just need the round to go through flesh, I don't need a round that will go through 2 blocks of concrete and a 223 will easily go through a car door. If a zombie is wearing body armor, then I guess I'm screwed, but I doubt a zombie would be in body armor strong enough to stop a magazine full of 223.
ОтветитьThese are the videos..I like to watch...we want the old ways ...thanks
ОтветитьYou unlocked the COD World at War Desperado achievement, by killing him with that last bullet in the mag.
ОтветитьThe difference is not worth triple the ammo price for me but good to see the difference and the 556 definitely not something to mess with either it's a bad lil round for sure
ОтветитьThe fact you are even taking into factor on how you or the gun looks is insane. Functionality. Functionality. Functionality. This machine takes lives. Functionality. Your videos are entertaining and super cute. Functionality at the end of the day.
ОтветитьMatt, you are a legend
ОтветитьI love my 28” bolt action Rifle chambered in 308 💪🏼
ОтветитьNah. My go-to would be a shotgun. Because my house isn't that big. For home defense, I won't need to shoot any further than a shotguns lethality range.
Plus is have a much bigger chance of missing with an AR in a dark room with adrenaline pumping.
Do 5.56 vs 762by 39
ОтветитьSo 223 round hitting a person with level 4 body armor doesn't even amount to a gentle kick? Sounds like a bad round compared to 308 or 7.62x54R which will completely knock down the target even if bullet doesn't penetrate the armor.
ОтветитьThank this was useful because i am a 11 year old just wanted to see the recoil
😊
Spread load 200 308 with you vest with plate and day ruck and run around under stress of battle for 4 hours let alone weeks or months
Most civilians will be a heat casualty in an hour no matter how often they hit gym. If you can’t physically carry a combat load your weapon is useless
Is your rifle for sale?
ОтветитьI would like an AR10 chambered in 8mm mauser; semi-auto obviously. I know it will never be commercially viable. To me the 8mm doesn't kick that much harder.
ОтветитьNov 1 2022 and have probably watched this 100 times
ОтветитьBarrel length makes a difference. You should have just grabbed two rifles with 16” barrels.
ОтветитьHunting whitetail with my 11 year old for the opener this weekend, was curious about this vid as these are the 2 calibers we're carrying.
ОтветитьThe tumble factor of the 5.56 is devastating compared to other rounds, but that's if it doesn't jam - the straight sides of the casing means high jam factor. This is why ARs have the forward assist. The shape of the casing of the 5.56 is the achilles heel of an otherwise perfect combat rifle round.
ОтветитьGreat video , awesome . Just purchased 308 great stopping power .
ОтветитьYou lost me at looks.
ОтветитьI'm in the country of southern Oklahoma and I'm using the 223 for varmints and coyote
ОтветитьWho remembers the before times when 5.56 and .308 weren't almost the same price?
ОтветитьYou take an assault rifle on trips? I'm sure they love you in airports.
ОтветитьLoved this
Ответитьwhy the FUCK, is this even a thing? Really?
ОтветитьI have a 'Saiga-M3 exp-01'. Is it safe to fire an M855 5.56 round using it? I am really worried after reading some differences between the 223 and 5.56. Please help.
ОтветитьNever sell gun you will regret it.
ОтветитьWatching this in 2022 reminds me how much I loved the old outro. The laughter during the hose scene still makes me smile.
ОтветитьI don't care about the "money talks" but I don't sell guns nor ammo to demoKKKrat voters
ОтветитьI don't get the joke in the intro. It's delivered like we're all supposed to relate to it but in reality people sell guns all the time. Pretty much everyone who collects firearms gets rid of some they don't want anymore and get new ones so is there something else to the joke I'm missing? Then he plays some horrible music like the kind only single mom's who don't have custody of their kids listen to.
ОтветитьYou can hear how much harder the 308 hits.
ОтветитьI dont think its legal for him to sell his firearms. Look at what happen to FPSRUSSIA
Ответить🤭 that was pretty mad 😆😁👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🍻🤙🏽🇭🇲
ОтветитьCan we revisit this with the new techniques we have come up with in the evolution of the channel?
Ответить2022 vibes!!!!
ОтветитьMust be nice, banned in Canada. Sure looks fun.
ОтветитьShoot through wooden planks to know the power difference. Concrete is brittle wood is hard but soft as well.
ОтветитьThe only thing is that you do three is almost a mini me of the 308 that's the only thing
ОтветитьYeah exactly there's no comparison
ОтветитьSooo... Should I deduce from this that I can get shot multiple times with a 223 and can keep going? Even from a 308 if hit in the body?
ОтветитьYou (223) vs. Me (308) penatrating your girl!!
ОтветитьAmmo thing is easy. You ultimately should have a combat load, which is seven 30 round mags for an AR-15. Assuming you're shooting 55 grainers, and just going off of bullet weights alone, that's 11,550 grains, or 1.65 pounds. Transversely, in my 5 round 308 Scout Rifle (Which is intrinsically lighter than an AR), a combat load is 5 180 grain rounds per mag, 7 mags total, coming to 4,500 grains, or 0.64 pounds. So depending on what you run, your 308 combat load can actually be lighter than your 5.56 combat load. You can save a pound of weight, and this is before you even factor in magazine weight or anything else. . All things being equal, 308 is a better do it all caliber for every job from hunting any game on the continent to defending against other people. Call me crazy, but I'd rather have a 308 than a 5.56 should I encounter a bear. Plus, it'll be better if I need to reach out and touch somebody.
ОтветитьThanks your video really helped me. Very informative and straightforward. Real bad ass. 😎👍
