ОтветитьFeel a little off and I'm very sleep deprived but I always feel more, not less, energised after doing these! Was feeling a small twinge where I must have strained my hip somehow but I exercised caution (pun intended), and I'm glad I didn't put this off. Thanks again!

ОтветитьI need to do this on more than an annual basis. It goes fast and doesn’t feel longer than the 20 min workouts. I could add weights to the lunges and squats. Thanks so much Joe x p.s. you made me smile at the start x

ОтветитьHi Joe I have had some bad news about my twin sister with heart has a defect, I went to the doctors and found out my blood pressure high, so I have started your work out and a month on heart pressure down and mental health is now distressed big love and thanks will keep the workouts always x wolfgang

ОтветитьOutstanding, and thank you so much! I am rehabbing a shoulder, and I was so relieved that you demonstrated that it is okay to go at your own pace. (when doing any kind of exercise) Was overjoyed to work every muscle group without going overboard, and hurting my shoulder. (I did jumping jacks instead of burpees, and planks instead of push-ups.)
