I was just watching the credits for Poltergeist III and had always wondered how it would have looked with the Chicago skyline to open the film and with the credits. I know the teaser trailer had a jerky camera view of the city but this was a wonderful representation, particularly the very first shot.

People don’t realize this. We have such a big skyline. NY is obviously bigger with 256 buildings taller than 150 meters. But we have 118. The next one to us is less than half that. And it’s not LA either. Pretty sure it’s Miami. LA is 5 on the list. Their skyline is pitiful.

It is said that Toronto has overtake Chicago as the city in North America with the most Skyscrapers. However I still find Chicago skyline as more impressive. I guess its because the buildings in Chicago is much bigger in size thus looking more impressive.
