Getting ps plus just for beta

I don't care for the beta...it's not even a demo so it's not going to have much.. i just want to know when the full release is! That said it's good that they're doing so much beta testing!

Figures the beta comes out the day after I go back to university without my PS3.

This game is just lame. Way too many stalemate matches. But really psyched for Twisted Metal though. Its a rental at best game seems to have too many Warhawk tryhards.

@CynicalVision This seems really true. I can't name one Xbox title that's going to be a hit that isn't multiplatform. They basically have no exclusives except maybe HALO 4 but that's probably going to be delayed. I hope Sony has alot more to show at Pax East this year more than Xbox/Microsoft.

Who cares about exclusive games anymore? We get it Sony, you produce block buster, expensive, exclusive titles. You produce a lot of them in fact, but they don't sell that well. Killzone, LBP, Resistance, Ratchet series, Heavy Rain, Mod Nation Racers (lol), Infamous, etc. They are all rentals at best and the community for these games is not that big.

@SadisticReviews Ive played both consoles and i just got ps3 for the free net i lagged less playing on Xbox then i have ever on ps3 and ps3 dont even have a party system and Halo is a amazing game i miss the days of playing it i will admit Ps3 does have some beast games but if xbox was free id play it over ps3 any day

When ps3 wants to have a game like halo, they don't have starhawk, they have dust514. Now got read up on that game and find out how it will push online gaming to new experiences whilst halo (as Always) remains as "just another halo game".

@aaron200111 thing is, ps3 online is just as good as xbl and with some games better ,like bf3 for example. Party chat...yeah its a good feature but i don't know a single 360 gamer who is an adult who uses it. Ps3 may not have party chat whilst in different games etc but ps3 has cross platform chat and online gaming with pc/mac and ps vita. Check out what features ps3 has with portal2, dust514 and counter strike when released. cross platform chat and gaming alot better than party chat.

@aaron200111 because bf3 on 360 had more issues with online then both PC and ps3. Why would anyone own bf3 for both 360 and ps3??. No party system is definitely not a must, its not bad feature but most definitely not a must. I don't know a single hardcore 360 gamer that uses it. Only people that uses it are kids and teens (the most annoying gamers). Lets face it, party system is only feature 360 has over ps3. what's the point when it lacks content and don't have hardly anything to call its own

@aaron200111 funny cause most of them 8 year holds that screaming are mostly on 360. The fact you saying your a teen...yeah you proved my point. I like to play the game with friends without some little idiot playing some shit music in background or hearing their squealing voices (you know when your balls are about to drop). So adults don't use that feature.

@aaron200111 think you will find there is more kids that are annoying and teenagers. Sorry but that's fact. I would much rather have the ability to play with or against PC players via ps3 then have party chat. Bet you got a squeaky voice lol

@aaron200111 ps3 is better but that my opinion based on experience and logic. I was 17 once you know so I know what's like having a squeaky voice that suddenly breaks out into a deep voice and on 360 its rife on their. Thing is, when I say ps3 is better, like many ps3 gamers we give reasons to why but 360 gamers don't and start talking about party chat whilst ignoring that it has very little everything else. Actually I'm playing bf3, uc3, Batman, infamous festival of blood.

too bad the Beta only allows for 16players ingame, instead of the 32 limit...

@Chika123457 if you played the beta alone, you'd see halo has nothing on this. The retail game will be leaps ahead of what halo has already done, as the beta alrewdy is. This coming from someone who qued up at a midnight launch, for halo 3, what a disappointment that was

They did add a new map during the beta days where u can play up 32 players on that map dust but then for some reason things were messed up and they only did 30 player and I was so excited for the intense 32 player online battles but the beta was still good.
