WHEN I MOVED TO CALGARY IN THE 80 HE GAVE ME THE "TIME-LIFE FOODS OF THE WORLD "THE COOKING OF CHINA" IT HAD THIS RECIPE BUT WAS MADE FOR WESTERN KITCHENS. I TRIED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. IT'S A LONG PROCESS BUT SO MUCH FUN TO MAKE THIS DISH!!
