I agree with all of what you mentioned in the video. 😅😂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Ответитьwhy are dollar bills and physical currency so ugly. there are some great ones namley dutch bills by Oxenaar.
Ответитьunfortunately nfts can also be csam images yes there are probably sick people out there trading illegal images as nfts.
ОтветитьThis video aged almost as poorly as the nfts themselves. You were right that it wasn't a phenomenon, but you were wrong about the direction. It was nothing more than a pathetic fad that a small amount of very misguided people bought into. Very similar to an MLM in a lot of ways.
ОтветитьI’m so glad the market crashed lmao
ОтветитьWow, that story about the late artist who was impersonated so that nfts could be made off of her......I actually threw up in my mouth a bit
ОтветитьThere's something so hilarious about watching an NFT bro try to explain why they're into the "art" they bought. It's all gibberish and they know it. They didn't buy the ape because they liked the accessories, they bought it because they thought they'd make money off it.
ОтветитьA year later nfts and blockchain died.
ОтветитьWhy do Lazy Lions have no less than 3 ahegao mouth variations
Ответитьthey look terrible because they are almost exclusively produced by scammers to make money - there is no artistic integrity behind practically all of them.
NFTs fail in their very purpose because there is no universally accepted network for them from which they can derive true non-fungibility. Storing them on the bitcoin blockchain world be the best place to achieve that, but that’s a waste of the most secure transaction network
Despite my despise of NFTs I can't help but like the BAYC. Something about their unapologetic pro-NFT stance and in-your-face, frat boy design is in some way appealing
ОтветитьIt has been a while, can we do a follow up on what happened to NFTs?
ОтветитьBut Floydies are funny though
ОтветитьThere's an immense amount of Schadenfreude that I get from the fact that you had to screenshot dozens of NFTs for the sake of making this video.
ОтветитьIt's fascinating to see a video like this from just a little under 2 years ago that actually calls NFTs a "fascinating technology," lol.
ОтветитьUpdate in 2023 nfts fell off
ОтветитьAi Generated NFTs
ОтветитьAs an artist, I think that the worst thing with NFT’s is how many artists are getting their stuff stolen. I remember hearing about an artist who died, and her stuff immediately being turned into NFTs like the minute the news dropped. Sad stuff.
ОтветитьA fool and his money are soon parted.
ОтветитьI just don't see why anyone would want one of these. Just buy some real art & support local artists.
ОтветитьWanna buy this shitty internet paperdoll? It’s worth $1,000,000,000 I promise :B
ОтветитьI’m an artist and my mom told me I should make nfts, I was never more offended in my life
ОтветитьThis shit is so regressive.
I can generalize. Digital keepsakes are stupid. Learn for the failed CCG crash.
But baseball cards are historical records of real people, with portrait, printed on cardboard. They have value by their actual rarity. Not a manufactured popularity. NFT s are as valueable as the shiny lenticular sticker craze of 1982-1986. Not much, but still less interesting as stickers- actual things people already like.
ОтветитьAnd yet...I'm still rather buy copyright-able art from a commission artist.
ОтветитьGood to know this shit is finally dying out.
ОтветитьEver since they came out, I've been saying the same thing:
As a furry, I can get art ten times better than that, of a character that means something to me, for probably like 30 bucks
"iff i wer to explain non fungible tokens as quickly and basically as i can", : they are scam tokens in ponzi schemes for scammers who want an alibi against the law when they get class action lawsuits for fraud against them.
Ответитьits because jews have a poor sense of aesthetics and NFTs are highly jewish
ОтветитьIt’s very funny to find this video a year later following the market crash of NFTs as the scammers have moved on to the next grift
ОтветитьI still can't get my head around nfts lol I can screenshot any of these images and print them out and have them forever to call my own! 🤷♂
ОтветитьAnd now no one talks about this stupid thing
Ответитьthe sad apes NFTs funny enough depict how I feel seeing people waste time and money on NFTs
Ответитьyou know those really fucking stupid shirts of madonna covered in tattoos and the like? yeaaa, most NFTs are made by people who wear that crap.
Ответитьif they were pretty, people would right click and save them to desktop.
Ответитьwere*
ОтветитьI really don't think Blockchain is going anywhere but downward in its economic trajectory. Doesnt help that a bunch of actual thieves and snake oil salesmen sold billions worth of investors on a lie.
ОтветитьBecause they are self-portraits of the creators.
ОтветитьThe NFT Justin Bieber bought for $1,300,000.00 is now only worth $20,000.00.
ОтветитьThere's actually very simple reason for the title.
It's the same reason as to why "Nigerian prince" scam is so transparent - so that scammers won't waste their time on people that aren't their targets.
And yes, every single NFT is a scam, there's no other reasons for their existence besides making a profit off of not very smart people who think too high of themselves.
I like how videos like this are already history lessons
ОтветитьHonestly I think we can call it a phenomenon at this point
Ответитьas a teen i played dress up games with more options and better-looking results than these NFTs xD
ОтветитьAphex broke my heart
Ответитьbecause the are just fraudulent money scam like Crypto. utterly worthless. or rather only worth some idiot will pay you.
ОтветитьNFT scammers sellers hate this new trick: save image as
Because the concept and exploitation of them is just as much so; only a fucking idiot would buy into a scheme the likes of these, they're as completely useless as they are "unique".
ОтветитьThe intro is already wrong. An NFT does not "grant ownership over a file". An NFT merely points to a file.
Ответить
