There’s so many different versions of what that is.
It took me about 2 weeks to even have my surroundings ready. It’s not something you can jump into but it does help your mental health and it makes me feel like a better person
Here’s the steps I took.
1.Completely redid my room with only $200 dollars from a birthday.
2. Cleaned my room 2x a week and keeping it clean and organized
3. Bought new books and notebooks
4.organized my school supplies
5.wrote out about 6 routines
(Morning routine,after school routine,night routine,study routine,workout routine,skin care routine)
6.started drinking 2 1/2 gallons of water a day
7. Cut down my eating (THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR EVERYONE BUT PART OF MY PLAN IS WEIGHT LOSS)
8.watched motivational and aesthetic videos anytime I was unmotivated
9. Created new playlists
I recommend adding a classical music and a logo playlist as well as an upbeat playlist and one for confidence(Doja cat,Ariana grande…they really help motivate me in the morning because a lot of their songs make me feel so pretty)FIND LOFI SONGS OF UR FAV ARISTS
10.cut down screen time.
