what if the project is NOT residential?

It is the worst customer service. They advertise that they will give you 10 days free trial but the unsubscribe button is not working properly. You do the procedure and you get the message that you unsubscribed. 10 days later you receive an invoice and when you try to contact them (it seems that an ai program is responding) they try to tell you that you are crazy. They steal money if you do not like their service. It is the worst experience on internet globally.

There are still a bunch of wonky stuff happening architecturally. For example, exit stairs, wall thicknesses, no distinguishable fire wall separation for exit stairs, doors swinging in the wrong direction for egress, suite layouts are strange, etc. It is still impressive, but much like ai image generators, it creates the architectural equivalent of 6 fingers on a human.
