ОтветитьI think you have a point. If you can't sleep because you're starving hungry and your mind is racing, and it's another 7hrs before you're allowed to eat again, that's just pure insanity. I've actually got stuff to do that requires concentration so being distracted is not an option.
Small meals within the calorie deficit is a better way for me.

ОтветитьIt’s more than just weight loss I feel so great and energetic when I fast. On other diets I would be tired all day long especially after I eat. When I fast. I do get tired when I break fast but I follow it up with a cup of coffee and some shilajit and I’m right back at it.

I was 28 stone, im now 18 stone and still dropping. I can't stand cardio, it bores me, And some dumbell sets i just don't like doing. So i drew up a shortlist of dumbell exercises i do enjoy, and it's made losing weight so much easier: if you're doing it because you enjoy it, it won't feel like a bore, or a ''fiiiiiiiiiine i guess i'll workout then.........'', it'll in turn increase your motivation to carry on and also increase your over-all mood.

ОтветитьOld video- I found personally that it doesn't help me lose weight necessarily, but just maintains what my personal weight should be.
Also please let your body tell you when to eat. Eating shouldn't be a timed event. Let your body do what is natural.
I personally eat once a day between 2pm-4pm within 30 minutes, but if my body needs to eat at 10pm, you will bet I will be eating.
They say it takes two weeks to form a new habit. I can do that! I'm not hungry in the mornings either and I like an early dinner, so 2 PM - 6 PM should work for me.
