Hilarious your reasoning is that a caloric deficit is the number one reason for weight loss, well okay how about going into detail of what a caloric deficit causes to happen in your body? .... Oh that's right It's all of these things that a bunch of other people actually explain in detail in their videos not trying to sell anything for the most part 🤷

Eating the same calories i did before but in 1 meal, but now losing 600 grams more a day. Tgatd a big difference. I think you might need to do some research?

I think you have a point. If you can't sleep because you're starving hungry and your mind is racing, and it's another 7hrs before you're allowed to eat again, that's just pure insanity. I've actually got stuff to do that requires concentration so being distracted is not an option.
Small meals within the calorie deficit is a better way for me.

It’s more than just weight loss I feel so great and energetic when I fast. On other diets I would be tired all day long especially after I eat. When I fast. I do get tired when I break fast but I follow it up with a cup of coffee and some shilajit and I’m right back at it.

a calorie deficit forces your body to burn calories elsewhere, namely fat. So yes you do burn fat

Actually some people with serious health issues might HAVE to do it (unless they wanna die), and for them it goes beyond if they enjoy it or not. Not everyone is as healthy as you are, your case can be very different from other people's

For me it's mentally easier.Eating just a little bit several times a day can feel like torture and it is playing too many times with my will. I rather not eat at all and wait when I can finally eat normal-size dish...

Completely wrong. CICO is completely irrelevant to weight loss and health. It’s about macros and hormones, and processed carbs should never be equated to “calories” from actual food.

ghrelin and circadian rhythm. If your body doesn't release ghrelin every small meal and only releases once a day, it's far easier. Basically, hunger craving control. Mood improvement.

I was 28 stone, im now 18 stone and still dropping. I can't stand cardio, it bores me, And some dumbell sets i just don't like doing. So i drew up a shortlist of dumbell exercises i do enjoy, and it's made losing weight so much easier: if you're doing it because you enjoy it, it won't feel like a bore, or a ''fiiiiiiiiiine i guess i'll workout then.........'', it'll in turn increase your motivation to carry on and also increase your over-all mood.

Old video- I found personally that it doesn't help me lose weight necessarily, but just maintains what my personal weight should be.

Also please let your body tell you when to eat. Eating shouldn't be a timed event. Let your body do what is natural.

I personally eat once a day between 2pm-4pm within 30 minutes, but if my body needs to eat at 10pm, you will bet I will be eating.

They say it takes two weeks to form a new habit. I can do that! I'm not hungry in the mornings either and I like an early dinner, so 2 PM - 6 PM should work for me.
