What a way to treat a man who showed such dedication, commitment, loyalty and worked so tirelessly to keep that show running at such an incredible level.. he never missed a beat.. such a professional - you've done Steve proud there Katie, he deserves honour along with our thanks. I resigned after 20 years of service, transfered to main sector council 2019, was forced due from to toxic workplace as struggled with the perimenopause and ADHD (now diagnosed). I had lost all my confidence, felt like i had no purpose. I was made to feel like I was incapable of my job role. I filed a employment tribunal as they blacklisted me from benefits, my doctor removed me from the register. He was supposed to be treated my ill nental health. The council have lied on legal documents and my colleague 63yrs contracted Covid-19 from work and she died. Honestly Katie, they are unbelievable and all under this democratic government, they tried their best to fuck me over..... but oh no, not this bitch! 😊

I’m sick of saying this. The BBC needs to be closed down now or at least made self funding. Personally have not listened to BBC radio or watched BBC tv for 10 years. They axed David Burns ( Burnsey ) from radio Humberside. He is massively loved by the local people. He always brings a bit of common sense to life, keeps it all in perspective. His famous phrase ( when talking with people of odd disposition) was ,' give your head a wobble' fortunately ( for his fans since he's working for free) he's now on a Hull community radio station Hull 107 FM on their app he has listeners all around the world. Hope these giants of radio are reinstated at some point and ditch a few pen pushers instead

I agree. There is no right time to voice your feelings, voice them whenever You feel is the right time. My husband and I notice that the BBC never mentions how immigration is impacting on our culture, health service and social housing and population. Why is it so imperative to house immigrants and not our own homeless people? Never mentioned (that I have heard) by BBC. At the end of the day we need fewer people, worldwide.
