Control your tongue, tourette's man
ОтветитьNaaaah. Gimme AWD any day man ;)
ОтветитьHad an 09. Hands down the funnest car I’ve owned. Gobs of torque and a handful to keep straight.
ОтветитьIt doesn’t have a gauge but it has a blue thermometer when it’s come that goes away when it reaches temp and comes up red should it overheat. Your welcome.
ОтветитьFast, I got mine to 280km/hr. And she still had more.
ОтветитьThat was a polo gti not a golf gti
ОтветитьKinda sad when you think about what Mazda used to be compared to now, don't get me wrong Mazda still make amazing vehicles, however even the new Mazda 3 Turbo in stock form is pretty mute compared to the Mazda speed 3 or speed 6.
ОтветитьMazda Speed Freak
ОтветитьI still have my 07 Mazdaspeed 3. Such a fun but still practical car for me. Unfortunately, everything is starting to go ( ~170,000km on it) so might be end of the line unless i put in a bunch of money
Ответитьall Mazda does now is just SUV SUV SUV
ОтветитьPlease do a video on the mazdaspeed 6. Great underrated car
ОтветитьForgot about navigation being on that small screen
ОтветитьImagine a speed version of the 3 hatchback today? Damn
ОтветитьThey did have temp sensors but it was like new age Subarus, blue temp light for coke, red temp light for overheating, very weird no actual gauge tho
ОтветитьHahaha just met the guy at a red light who bought this car! If you're reading this dude you're a legend! Very down to earth, and humble guy. Immediately shouted out cars and B 2, and it's a guy who works in marketing that's about as good as you can get. I hope you really enjoy that beautiful red Mazda my friend
ОтветитьIf you put down the rear head rests you can see the guy you just beat
ОтветитьIn europe its called mazda mps
ОтветитьCommiefornia
Ответитьmazdaspeed men
🦙
Interstates batteries
ОтветитьThis design was perfect. I still look back at it every morning. The locking button on the outside hatch was hugely convenient. Now it's on the inside on newer models, so stupid.
ОтветитьNo temp gauge? This car a dub smh
ОтветитьBro please find and review a Mazdaspeed Protege
ОтветитьI have a 2013 mazda speed 3 bone stock 95k miles I daily it and love the living crap out of it. Only issue I’ve had so far is the chain slap noise is coming I hear it on my cold starts every morning.
ОтветитьDecided to step up my game and bought one of these in silver trim one owner stock. Yes they are a sophisticated engine but what isn’t these days. It’s an amazing vehicle that get overlooked and that’s fine with me. Performance and handling is surgically precise, parts are plentiful and reasonably priced. Get the timing chains serviced and she’ll stay together a long time.
ОтветитьYou should do a review for a 06/07 Mazdaspeed 6 🙏🏾
ОтветитьStill have my 2008 Mazdaspeed 3 34k original miles and still daily drive it. Ive been in new cars and they seem too electronic. I like the rawness of the older cars
ОтветитьWhy Doug speaks like 2010 was like 50 years ago? Dude...
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me if it requires premium gas
ОтветитьIt's interesting to see the difference between this and the Australian released one (called the Mazda 3 MPS) my mom got one brand new when I was 11 (2011) and still has it today completely stock. Even learnt to drive in it 😅. For example mom's has seat pockets on both sides, no button for the boot, subwoofer built into the boot etc.
My first car was a Mazda 323protege SP20. So kept it kind of in the family (not sure the difference between that and Mazda speed as we didn't get an MPS 323)
I personally love the smile it’s like a Miata you just kinda smile when you see one with that hood scoop
ОтветитьI have a 2007 speed6 you just can’t beat the AWD
ОтветитьI had a second gen like this, but with the fancy lights that came with touring. Adding a short shifter and rear motor mount made the driving experience better. Left it alone otherwise, but always felt like it was kinda unrefined for a production car, sort of somebody's project. At the time the power was bragging rights, but everyone knew about the torque steer 😂 I would loooove to find an unmolested one, but don't imagine that will ever happen
ОтветитьThe tech package DOES include a navigation system. Believe it or not that tiny screen at the top of the dashboard also handles the navigation for you when you turn it on through the steering wheel controls. It was a little clumsy, but it got the job done. Such a great, and well equipped vehicle. I do miss it.
ОтветитьMan, I’m telling you. The vehicle I have now is infinitely more powerful, and therefore enjoyable in a straight line, but the Mazdaspeed3 was so well rounded. So quirky and different. As a young 20 something who came from a 1992 Honda Accord, the Mazdaspeed3 was like an extremely well equipped and luxurious spaceship. LOL
With an intake, down pipe, HPFP internals, and a tune it made around 280 whp which was more than enough in a 3,200 lb hatchback. A stiffer rear motor mount fixed the wheel hop/ torque steer issue.
When I test drove it stock, I was on the highway in fourth gear, and I gave it a little bit of gas. The turbo spooled up and the torque was effortless. I immediately looked at the salesman and said I’ll take it. I didn’t even learn about most of the vehicles features until I got it home and started experimenting. Great car.
That thing is smoking like crazy when he goes full throttle lol
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThey need to bring back the MazdaSpeed Miata and 3!
ОтветитьThere is a few of them, stock, here in california
ОтветитьIm a car dealer in Toronto. These cars are hugely popular again.. I get one and have a line up of buyers.
ОтветитьIn Australia, the Mazda Speed 3 was called a Mazda 3 MPS. I owned a 2012 model (a black one) and it was a lot of fun to drive. The torque steer was frightening though. One motoring journalist called it "mildly terrifying". It was! 😃
ОтветитьAnyone know what this was called in Japan? Looking at importing one 👍
ОтветитьThe car has one heat indicator actually. When you first turn on the engine. A blue warning light gets on in the indicator gauge and when the engine is warm enough to drive car it turns off about 7 minutes in winter and 4 minutes in summers
ОтветитьYou forgot the MazdaSpeed Miataaaa
ОтветитьMy '13 tech pack is still one of the most fun cars I've ever driven. Not too much power but she does scoot, and the top end is better than you'd expect.
ОтветитьMy former best friend who i knew for 6 years and I no longer talked to has one of these.
ОтветитьI had a 2007 mazdaspeed3. Fell in love with it. Just hated the turbo and vvt
ОтветитьPocket rocket
ОтветитьSuch a shame this hot hatchback looks like hot garbage
ОтветитьI miss CD changers!
