Tracking is fundamental to know how your doing but I find it hard to keep notebooks with the information of each training because it can get a hard to compare specific things through time. I'm starting to use an App called training tracker that lets me compare how I'm progressing through the mesocycles. I already bring the phone to the gym anyways.

ОтветитьIt's 2021 and you use pen and paper to track your workout? There's several great apps that does this way more accurate and effective than a book. Most people have rheir phones in an arms length anyway. Try some of them out and make a review video ? 👌💪
