I just lift heavier and heavier every time. Once i hit 5-6 reps on a new weight i just go up in weight until i hit 6 again.

awesome gym information. horrendous battery life care advice. always keep charge between 30% and 80%. once every month you can let it drain completely

Great info, thanks for the content. Tracking is fundamental to know how your doing but I find it hard to keep notebooks with the information of each training because it can get a hard to compare specific things through time. I'm starting to use an App called training tracker that lets me compare how I'm progressing through the mesocycles. I already bring the phone to the gym anyways.

It's 2021 and you use pen and paper to track your workout? There's several great apps that does this way more accurate and effective than a book. Most people have rheir phones in an arms length anyway. Try some of them out and make a review video ? 👌💪

This is exactly what was missing in my workout. Consistency.
I have been regularly maintaining the diary as shown here since November and woah!! ... I can see the growth and changes. Seeing the growth each week keeps me motivated enough to be consistent...
