@herovsangelo Yes, it's particularly effective against a drop seoi nage. The choke comes on instantly and is a great finisher. It's a fairly simple technique and the women use it to great effect too.

This is a sicc counter to the throw.I like the securing of position with the hip and leg,and the one-on-onethe of the opponent's arm.
