ОтветитьIt is ok. The music is not really relaxing and seems more like a yoga workout than a stretching routine. I just did weights so I was hoping for more relaxing stretching.

ОтветитьI didnt like it. Sometimes I was closing my eyes while doing the stretches and you switched to some other thing without me knowing. I was expecting a rest day and it wasnt it. It was a good workout but not on a rest day.

Great video. Just one thing... Your long yoga pants and mat are both black, which makes it harder to see your knee position. Try having pants and mat being different colors.

ОтветитьNice set but if one hasn't watched and learned all the moves it's impossible to correctly follow, because you don't give full instructions on what you are doing. Example, on minute 5 into a workout apparently i needed to do a tricep pushup while in plank, I didn't look , so I did not do it

ОтветитьThis was not the relaxing stretch I hoped for lol. All it's done is show me where I'm not flexible at all, my entire body! I think I've given myself groin strain now. I'll be giving this a miss until I'm actually able to bend in all of the right places!

I slightly injured a leg muscle (tried to do too much and pushing myself too hard) and have only been able to do Caroline’s arm and abs workouts so I felt like my legs were being neglected and weakening. This was a great slow stretch workout that also worked my legs a little without injuring myself more. Definitely thankful for this 😊
