I've been buying vehicles through GovDeals for years, most recent deal was a Crown Victoria for $350! Unfortunately, mice had moved in under the hood and damaged some of the wiring and fuel pump was no good but I had the car running within an hour and drove 400 miles home. Crazy road trip but it wasn't dull and boring at least!

First video I’ve seen from y’all, love your character would like to see more of the cars you have the prices that you’re putting them at why you’re putting them at those prices. Elaborate more on the things that can get you more value for your dollar pertaining to the cars Condition. Lastly, a side-by-side of the website and how to easily shop for a car step-by-step could help as well.

I have been bidding on one of their cars and was overbid by others. In the end, the highest bidder did not meet the reserve price and the car was not sold. Then this people put my account (and probably all other bidders accounts ) that did not submit at least the reserve amount on probation. So the bottom line is, don’t submit a bid if you are not gonna reach all the way to the reserve price. Also they lied about the highest bidder not paying when asked why it was reposted, in reality it was because reserve was not met.

Question are there any fees that a buyer needs to know about. Say a car ends out at 1000. What other fees are added on top of that. Im local so no shipping needed

Cars are reposted cause bids are fixed; seller removes if it's too low, or if you win - they bar you before the 3 day limit and claim unresponsive.

Adding for others. I won a bid but when I went to wire from my bank (SoFi), I learned that my bank doesn't wire to non-home related purchases and businesses. I tried but they want a leasing agent number. I called GovDeals and contacted the Seller to get an extension and explain the situation. Both parties graciously understood. I set up an account with Wells Fargo. All this to say, make sure your bank account is equipped to handle wire transfers and ask if there are any limitations! Highly recommend GovDeals.

too many problem with govdeals . they do not realy check identity of bidders , you can use fake IP fake name and just boost your sales , I have seen many cars sold higher than at local dealership or private party ,
why would anyone in right mind pay more and have to go through haeadache of towing this car plus pay buyr premium of 12.5% auction fees and other fees, Why?
Youc an get much better deal through private party facebook and you can examine car , on internet you cant examine car they offer zero warranty might have deceiving pics ,
govdeal car should sell like at half price at least , repairs are extremely expensive nowadays , you do not want to buy used car on internet without examination of mechanic and warranty ,

I am a Govdeals buyer for over twenty years. Govdeals is not as it used to be. My complaint is the new Govdeals website is designed to be slow and missguiding in searches also in most events buyers are watched and shill bidded. for this reason me and many others have slowed our buying from Govdeals. Govdeals should decide to become as they werebefore. We all may start again buying a lot from Govdeals as we used to.
