Thank you for the video, but there it's specified in IRCC Website that even if you have experience within Quebec you can apply for CEC, but you have to leave Quebec once you get your PR.

Do we need to show photo as a proof of proficiency in English?

i came on open work permit with my husband(student). Initially i was not getting any skilled jobs(O,A,b). So i did various warehouse jobs.
Now i have completed my 1 year noc B skilled job and want to apply for CEC.
My question is do i need to fill all the jobs while applying on cec ? Or just the noc b 1 year is fine ?
